Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the contract entered between us

  • Creation of a candidate profile for our candidate database

  • Processing of other inquiries

  • Use of cookies

Categories of Personal Data

We process the following categories of personal data about you:
General personal data, which mainly includes:

  • Contact details, including name, address, phone number, email address

  • Date of birth

  • Information regarding education and professional experience

  • Payment details

  • Other personal data you may have voluntarily provided to us

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for our processing of your personal data is based on:
Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent)

  • Legal basis for processing personal data in our database

  • Legal basis for cookies requiring consent under the Cookie Regulation

Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contractual obligations)

  • Legal basis for processing personal data in connection with performing a task for our customers

Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests)

  • Legal basis for sending offers to potential customers, as we have a legitimate interest in developing and expanding our business

  • Legal basis for handling other inquiries, as we have a legitimate interest in addressing inquiries from potential customers and candidates (for our database)

Categories of Recipients

We disclose personal data to data processors who process information on our instructions.
We may disclose personal data to public authorities, including government agencies such as the Danish Tax Agency (SKAT). Additionally, disclosure may occur to other advisors under confidentiality obligations if there is a legitimate interest and/or legal basis for such disclosure.
In the event of a legal dispute, we may also be required to disclose your personal data.

Transfers to Third Countries

We strive to use only data processors located within the EU/EEA.
We use Microsoft, which is based in the USA, and therefore, we cannot guarantee that no data transfers to third countries occur.
We can confirm that Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, meaning that we do not transfer personal data to countries that do not provide the same level of protection as Denmark or other EU/EEA countries.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data as long as we have a legitimate and relevant purpose for doing so.
In general, we retain personal data for the following periods:

  • Customer relationships, including case-related material and invoices, are deleted no earlier than five years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates, in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, Section 10

  • Personal data linked to profiles in our database is deleted as soon as consent is withdrawn

  • Consent declarations are deleted two years after the consent has been withdrawn

Right to Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do so by contacting us using the details provided in the first section of this privacy policy.
If you withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on the previously given consent before the withdrawal. The withdrawal only takes effect from the time it is made.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you and to receive additional information.

Right to rectification
You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected.

Right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have your personal data deleted before our general deletion period applies.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you request restriction, we may only process your data – apart from storage – with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to protect another person or important societal interests.

Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability
In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have it transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
